Wally & Co. was re-formed in 2007 by Chris Wally after an international firm acquired Trammell Crow Company. With almost three decades of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Chris has devoted the last 20 of those years exclusively to commercial tenant representation in Kansas City.
As a licensed real estate broker in both Kansas and Missouri, his reach and experience know no boundaries, whether it’s the Central Business District, Midtown/Plaza or any suburban market. Both large, national corporations and small, local businesses have relied on Wally & Co. to help negotiate for them the right space…on the right terms.
Chris is a University of Kansas graduate and has won many professional awards throughout his career.
